Fast Fried Rice Bowl
Ingredients ½ cup white rice, uncooked ½ cup water ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables 1 egg 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette dressing 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
Place rice and water in microwaveable bowl. Add veggies Pour egg over veggies. Cover Microwave on high 5 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes Fluff with fork Add dressing and soy sauce Toss lightly to combine.
